Terms of Service

Payments are to be made in USD through PayPal or Zelle

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Requesting a commission automatically assumes that you have agreed to the Terms of Service (ToS). You will be prompted to review the ToS before your commission is accepted, but it is your responsibility to read through and understand the contents of the ToS. If anything is unclear to you, feel free to ask for clarification!

Any individual that violates the ToS will be blacklisted

A piece will generally take up to 2-3 weeks for completion. I will set clear deadlines and expectations with you once I begin working on your piece

VTUBER COMMISSIONS will generally take up to 1.5 to 2 months for completion (after initial sketch stage) depending on model complexity and rigging.

You will be informed as soon as possible should there be any delay in the completion of your commissioned piece

Upon accepting your commission, you may either pay 50% of the total payment upfront as a deposit, or pay in full.

If you cancel your commission during the initial sketch stage, you will be given a full refund. If you cancel your commission after the initial sketch stage, you will only be refunded up to 50% of what has already been paid.

If I can no longer continue with your commission, you will be given a full refund and the option to be on the priority waitlist for the next time I open for commissions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g. a private gift), I have the right to use the completed piece to promote my work on social media

Reposting the provided watermarked version without alterations AND with appropriate credit is allowed, but any form of commercial use is not, unless agreed upon by both parties
